Terms of Service

1. What gonovu does

gonovu is a market research tool that searches publicly available local business listings, filters them based on criteria you choose (such as having no website), and returns results for you to use in your own outreach and business prospecting. It is intended solely to help you identify business opportunities, not as a data product or database service. We provide results as-is and do not guarantee their completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.

2. Your account

You must create an account to use gonovu. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person. You may not share accounts.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Subscription and billing

gonovu is offered as a paid subscription at €20/month. New accounts receive 5 free searches to evaluate the service before subscribing.

• You can use your 5 free searches without a subscription or credit card.
• Once your free searches are used, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends.
• We reserve the right to change pricing. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect.

4. Acceptable use

You may use gonovu solely for lawful business prospecting, outreach, and identifying business opportunities for your own commercial activities. You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited mass marketing that violates applicable laws (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or CASL)
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or excessively automate requests to our service
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any data obtained through gonovu to any third party, whether for payment or free of charge
• Use data obtained through gonovu to build or enrich any database, product, or service intended for third-party use
• Use the service to collect data on behalf of a third party or as a data broker
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access controls
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and results

The business information returned by gonovu is sourced from publicly available third-party sources. We do not own this data and make no guarantees about its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. By using gonovu, you acknowledge that some data sources may have their own terms of use, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

Results are provided for your own prospecting and outreach activities only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize the data in any form. You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when contacting businesses found through gonovu, including GDPR if you operate in or target the European Union.

6. Availability

We aim to keep gonovu available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase) and may be affected by outages outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

The gonovu application, design, and code are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our software or interface without permission.

Business data in search results is sourced from publicly available third-party sources and remains subject to those sources' respective terms. Your right to use exported results is limited to your own business prospecting as described in these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

gonovu is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of business, loss of data, or any outcomes from outreach campaigns run using gonovu data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your stored search data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
