Billing
Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. If you have a billing question that can't be resolved through your Stripe dashboard, email support@gonovu.com and include your account email.
Common questions
My search is taking longer than expected
Searches typically complete in 3 to 5 minutes. If a search is still running after 10 minutes, try running it again. Some locations with a very high number of listings may take longer.
I'm not getting any results
Make sure your business type and location are specific enough. For example, “restaurants in Prague” will return results, but “food” alone may not match any listings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from within the app at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
